Prospective Tenants - Please fill in your requirements below. Based on your needs, we will suggest 1-3 suitable property spaces in Chicago and its suburbs (from our participating landlords), along with pictures, floor plans, and all details that will suit your needs.

Please note: We do not display the actual property addresses at this initial stage, as you will be paying significantly less than other tenants may have paid at the property. Using this unique leasing approach, you may be offered the office space in a Class A-C professional office buildings in the greater Chicago-land area, will work directly with landlord (without agents involved) and simplify the overall leasing process. All space will be offered AS-IS (with no build-outs), but will be in good move-in condition, as per the city/village guidelines where the property is located . You will be responsible for any and all build-outs (subject to city/village/landlord approvals and follow all local, city and state and federal ordinances regarding the usage of the space and your business).

Landlords participating in this program will have a right to either accept your offer, counter it, or deny it. All offers are subject to space availability of the individual landlords participating into this program, and neither you or the landlord is obligated in any manner.

If the space you desire is available, you will be offered the lease at the annual rate you specify or less (Please note all leases will be Modified Gross, with Cam/Utilities @ $2.95 psf addl). Actual lease will be signed with the landlord and the landlord reserves the right to do proper due-diligence before accepting any offer. None of the offers exchanged here will be binding to either party, unless both parties meet and decide to mutually agree to the deal in writing and put a proper lease in place between them, with mutually acceptable terms and conditions.
